Pregnancy Strength and Movement Classes

Exercise in pregnancyPregnancy Strength and Movement classes are available on site at Dr Ken Law’s Practice.  This is all part of the comprehensive pregnancy care provided by  practice at Greenslopes Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Brisbane.

Each class runs for approximately 45 minutes.

Activities during pregnancy can help women both physically and emotionally, and ensure that women are in their most optimal physical form, and are as prepared as possible for the big day.

Our professional instructor has plenty of experience in instructing these strength and movement classes for pregnant women. During these antenatal sessions, women are empowered with skills and techniques to relax and prepare for labour, aiming to reduce the aches and pains that affect many women especially late in the pregnancy.
